We can also arrange custom sizes to suit, please ask us for more information.

Mattress quality naturally degrades over time, and as your mattress ages, especially with daily use, it begins to sag or become lumpy. When this happens, you might experience waking up with some muscle stiffness, soreness or backaches. This is a sign to replace your mattress. Another reason to replace your mattress is hygiene. Dust mites thrive in old and dusty mattresses. In addition to that, dirt, dust, mould, sweat, shedded skin and other allergens build up on the mattress over time. This can be particularly troubling for those with asthma or allergies.
Technology also changes rapidly and mattresses are evolving over time, so you might find that a new mattress has a much better comfort for you, your body shape and physical abilities.
We recommend that you replace your mattress every 6 to 10 years.
Due to Covid19, we do not take away any old mattress. But we can arrange to remove your old mattress for a cost of a 3rd party service that does so. Please let us know if this is the case when buying your new mattress.
The cost of delivery depends on the delivery location. In most cases, we can offer Free delivery within 10kms of our showroom in Eumemmerring.
Of course! If we have stock at the time you place your order, you can take the mattress home with you. Alternatively, you can schedule a time to collect your order during our operating hours.
Mattress protectors are a great investment, they assist in limiting moisture and bacteria getting into your mattress.
In most cases we have the stock available and the order can be delivered within 1-3 days. Where stock needs to be ordered in, we will provide you with an estimate on date of delivery prior to processing your order.

Yes we do. We have a range of mattresses suited to those with limited mobility, back issues or physical disabilities. We even have adjustable beds and mattresses for those that spend extended periods of time in bed or have trouble getting in and out of bed.
We are named Factory Direct Mattress and when we had first started in 2009, we would go directly to the local manufactures of mattresses in Victoria and have dealings direct from the factory avoiding wholeseller, agents or middle man.
Today the name is thrown around a lot more commonly “Factory Direct” or DFO but we still stay true with dealing directly with factory.
